Don’t worry — this will be fine. I’ve dealt with this issue before, and I’m sure everything is okay. If you were redeeming V‑Bucks, buying V‑Bucks, or making any kind of payment, your transaction will go through once the servers are back online.
If your transaction doesn’t go through — like buying or redeeming V‑Bucks — here’s what happens:
- Credit card purchases: If the charge was made, Epic is required to give you the V‑Bucks.
- Gift card redemption: You’ll need to send a picture of the card, the receipt, or just provide your username so Epic can verify it.
- Other types of transactions: I’m still researching how those are handled.
