ChatGPT says at 28% CAGR, my 40 cr invested today can become 5500 cr. Is that true ? It would turn me into top .1 percent in the world. Is this possible? What funds will give me consistently this over 20 years. Nothing less. Even 2 percent less changes the picture. Amount is hypothetical. But is this true ? Why people invest in real estate which can only double or triple in 20 years ?
