I'm looking for this 2d-animated short film, with the main character being a black cat who's a witch. The witch was tasked with defeating a giant orangish dragon who comes to the village often, so citizens fear and hate it. The witch makes potions and practices spells and manages to scare the dragon off. After further exploration, the witch goes into the dragon's cave and finds out that it was a baby dragon with a sick mother, and that it came to the village looking for a cure. The baby dragon growled at the witch, believing it would hurt its mother, but the witch healed the mother, turning her from a mute scarlet color to a vibrant orange. Eventually, I remember the witch trying to explain to the citizens that the baby dragon was of no harm, but they formed an angry mob anyway.
