I’m Japanese and I live in a place called Tokushima. If any die-hard fans ever make it out here, I’d love for them to try Tokushima ramen—it’s absolutely delicious. If you ever do come, I’ll treat you to a meal! Haha

Tokushima ramen has a broth made from pork bones and soy sauce; as it has a richer flavour than other types of ramen, it is sometimes referred to as ‘sukiyaki ramen’ because an egg is added to it.
