Help me decide: Linnpower Viper (ER 50S) vs. Tynee Mini 3 Pro

Hey everyone, I’m planning to buy a shortboard this week, but I’m stuck between these two options and could use some feedback.

Linnpower Viper (ER 50S) - $669

-Samsung 50S cells (432Wh) for better punch and less voltage sag.

-Forged 6061 T6 Aluminum trucks

-105mm MAD Wheelz V2 (Boosted successor)

-4.5A fast charger - full charge in just 2 hours.

-31.5" x 10" deck -a bit more real estate for stability

-45km range

Tynee Mini 3 Pro - $739

-468Wh battery

-Tynee has a proven track record for service

-Potted battery (waterproof glue) is a huge plus as I live in a rainy city. Although I don’t plan to use it in the rain.

-Comes with deck protectors.

-105 boosted wheels

-Shorter (30") and 2 lbs lighter, easier to carry into a coffee shop or stash under a desk.

-42km range

I’m new to skateboarding but am an avid snowboarded. Pavement here is often not smooth. Which would you pick? Which brand would you trust more for build quality, reliability and service?

Help! Tynee ultra vs mini 3 vs stinger (beginner with snowboarding soul)

Hey everyone. I’m stuck in a three way tie for my first e-board and I need advice from Tynee owners. I’m based in Vancouver and plan on doing trips around the seawall and back home which is 23km. Not a daily commuter but purely to get outside and enjoy the sun and city. The trip home is pretty steep (60-70% elevation gain).

The Contenders:

-Ultra Belt: Seems like the safe bet. Long, stable, and flexible.

-Mini 3: Love the portability for errands and appointments, but worried it'll be too twitchy for a beginner or that a crack could send me flying.

-Stinger: The Double Kingpin trucks and carving focus sound incredible as an avid snowboarder, but I worry it’s too heavy to carry.

My Stats:

-Weight: 190 lbs - Need that hill climb torque!

-Experience: Seasoned snowboarder but zero skate experience.

-Fear Factor: I don't want to eat pavement at 40km/h because of speed wobbles.

Does the Stinger’s carving ability make it the ultimate summer snowboard, or is the ultra also really fun to carve? Is the Mini 3 actually manageable for a 20km ride, or will my feet be vibrating for hours? Any advice?

Does the Stinger’s carving ability make it the ultimate summer snowboard, or should I stick to the stability of the Ultra while I learn? Is the Mini 3 actually manageable for a 20km ride, or will my feet be vibrating for hours? Any advice?
