Can you see what's wrong ?

I would love some knowledge to be dropped on me please. I have reassembled this watch after a clean. I lubricated all the right parts expect the balance jewels as I don't see how to open them.
I also don't clean the balance as I don't have the proper equipment for it. I mainly just peg the jewels then ultrasonic cleaner in deminarilsed water and then isopropol alcohol at 99.9. I 'ever clean the pallet fork or the balance as they seem too delicate.
Anyways the watch was a non runner. Now it runs but soon bad and I'm struggling to understand why. Could tell me if you see something obvious that I am missing ?
Right now my readings are 2.1 beat error and +334 secs a day. I've tried demagnitizing and re-seating the balance, no luck.
