I had bought a plot in pleasure spaces nirvana in Jan 2024. It is more than 2 years but I have not seen any progress on the club house although they have charged for it in advance. They also have another parcel of land reserved for phase 2. I am sceptical what plans do they have for future? There is no progress on the club house. You cant even see any progress being made for phase 2 launch. I think i made a not so good instant decision to buy off that land from this developer called MAA homes. All the sales people that i had interacted with have switched off thier phones once it was sold out and nobody is anywhere to be seen. I I have tried reaching out to their office just to get false promises and hopes. Anything that i can do? What should be my action plan?
