hello, does anyone have the first LP, or know, if any press came with an insert?

saw this one copy sell and i can’t find it anywhere, has same front cover and label as other Zensor presses, (white with the teeth) but a wierd insert with lyrics to Your Property (?), and on one side it says ”under license to Capitol records - EMI of Canada” (see pic)

didn’t buy but i’m curious if its a fake/bootleg
