Im only 4 weeks post-op, so its too early to truly worry, but Im surprised how swollen my butt still is!

Im 36F, and I liked my butt shape+size before surgery. Now, the butt cheek on the side I had surgery is bigger, heavier, and has a less-defined bottom. Will it ever return to its usual size and shape, or am I doomed to have a lopsided butt for the rest of my life?
