Im genuinely frustrated and on this already second day, have never seen this issue and dont know how to search/troubleshoot it at all anymore, Im using blender datasmith to unreal plugin found on github,

when I import background set model, a point light (or any kind of light) casts light only bellow its actor even if its rotated,

it is not a material issue, as it works on the same imported fbx model, as shown later in the video, it is not a uv unwrap issue as its a relatively simple mesh and it is unwrapped as also shown in the video,

when I import other models the same way there is also no light issue

any tips on how to solve it or where to look for solution would be much appreciated, cheers!!
