Can any of you give your opinion on what it's like to live in a large master planned community in town? Does anyone have any input on what it's like to live in Prairie Song specifically and if the hoa is tolerable?

My husband, myself and our two small kiddos are planning to move to Windsor sometime this year or early next year. What neighborhoods would you consider to be extremely safe with good schools? Our budget will be around $520k if that helps. We don't want a super new build but are okay with homes built in the early 2000's and earlier. Thanks, guys!
