I currently have a Gold card, and I already have Global Entry, however no Clear. I see that Green card has a $209 Clear credit, which is way higher than the $150 card cost.

Currently I see a 40K sign up bonus for the Green card, when I am logged into my account.

I know it's not a lot, but if I am getting the card for the Clear credit anyway, might as well get something else in return.

Does anyone know if I qualify for this bonus even though I am not a net-new customer? Is there a better way to get Clear for free without going up to Platinum?
