Short version: bought new 5 SEL with 30 miles, would not charge first day, dropped it off at dealer following morning, drove loaner Ioniq 9 while the car was at service.

Picked up my 5 today, 12 days later. As part of troubleshooting, they replaced the charge port harness, VCMS module, and finally, ding ding ding, the ICCU and ICCU fuse.

This is my first EV. Bought it yesterday around 10 am. Tried charging it at home with the level 1 charger at around 1 pm. After thirty minutes it stopped charging and I couldn’t get it to start charging again. Drove it to a public level 3 charger with no luck. Car is back at the dealer today and I am driving a loaner Ioniq 9. The most bizarre experience ever…

Can anyone recommend a shop in the SE WI or Chicago IL area that can do and are willing to do this sort of work? Found penetrating rust on the subframe while attempting to replace my front lower control arms, and now I am concerned to continue driving while knowing the condition the subframe is in. I mostly do my own work on the car, have owned it since 2004, but I am not sure I am up for this one...
