So I already have Durin, and I'm looking to try and snag as many Prune Cons as possible, if I was to get a Nicole then I'd have some pulls left over, in which case, who do I continue pulling for on the offchance I spike a 5*? Both would then be their C1s

From the sounds of it, they're both just more team damage, but Durin's is personal, while Nicole's is treated as Varka's
