Working at one of India’s biggest stock exchanges feels like a dirty cyber cafe

Joined one of the biggest stock exchanges in India after working in an MNC, and the difference is shocking.

We handle some of the most critical systems and operations, but the basic infrastructure inside is terrible. Half the keyboards and mice barely work, systems lag, desks feel outdated — honestly feels like working in a dirty cyber cafe sometimes.

You expect world-class standards from such a huge financial institution, but internally it’s the complete opposite. Never thought basic employee experience could be this bad in such a critical organization.

Hi, one of my friends is looking for a 1 BHK or 1 RK flat on rent for family in Wakad, Hinjewadi, or Baner. Please let me know if you have any leads. Thanks
