I missed final paper and Final quiz continued

no response, (currently 11:39 am) hiw much longer should I wait till contacting the dean, and what should I wven say
I think at this point I made peace, a little bit, that I mightve just failed my glass and tanked my gpa. fine whatever, ill still graduate eventually. but if i have even a fighting chance, what do I do?
the dean did send out a message saying that teachers should try to extend deadlines where possible
but i dont know if that garentees that ill be awarded an extension.

- ny oaper is done but I can't send, and I was to stupid stressed to remember I can send it in email (would it be too late to send it now?)
- I did send an email the day if the "maintenance" to this teacher, saying i was worried about deadlines
i guess if i were to put it in phases, im in bargaining right now
and advice or comfort would be appreciated
