Lawyer Tea confirmed through a conversation with Taylor that she's not using all of her 8 hours of parenting time and she's had missed visits. I guess the implication is that Ever gets upset at the end of the visit and doesn't want her to leave, but I don't see this playing out well for her. I've had conversations with attorneys and GALs and DCFS about supervised parenting time, and I was advised by all of them that failure to use all of your alloted time would not be looked upon favorably by anybody.

If this is happening with Ever, all the more reason to use agency supervisors who can observe and make that assessment and tell the judge that the child has a secure attachment and these short visits are distressing the child and that more time is necessary. I just don't understand her strategy here. And I especially don't understand the strategy of telling the whole world about it. Dakota could just drop Ever off and be none the wiser about if Taylor showed up. Now he knows she's missing sessions.

This poor child. He really is the one suffering here.

Hey Taylor, a PO means you can't communicate with Dakota. That certainly looks like you're speaking to him with that comment...

In my experience the police here don't care about social media and protective orders. But I'd argue all day long that her comment constitutes communication that violates the PO.
