It’s a Sherwood Magnum. It appears there is a lot of corrosion on the stage 1 and all of the fittings. I hooked it up to a cylinder and it is clearly leaking out of the octo and 2nd stage. Would this be worth having a dive shop rebuild? Thanks for your input!
I am in the Great Lakes area and plan to do most if not all of my diving in the Lakes, specifically Michigan, Huron, and Superior. I have been looking at regulators and I am stumped. I am looking for good performance in cold/freezing weather, affordable cost, ease of finding parts and maintenance. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated!
