Hello I have a friend who was saddly in a car accident. He suffered a spinal cord injury and he's now in a wheel chair.

He's understandably depressed and we are trying to work through it but I'm not a therapist.

I tried to look online but I can't find any support groups in our area. I found one in Seattle but that's not reasonable to travel that far right now.

Does anyone know of any group sessions for folks in similar situations?

He doesn't have a lot of money so we can't afford to do a paid therapist.
