Recently transitioned from Active Duty to the Reserve. Appointed as an IO immediately and waiting for my legal brief. My question is: are we supposed to work on these extensively outside of BA or is this a part time deal that you mainly focus on during BA and or AT?

I know on active when appointed that because your sole purpose but how does this work in the Reserve being that individuals are geographically dispersed and all have civilian lives that pretty much limit availability.

I just randomly checked my email and had the notification in my inbox from 4 days ago stating that the suspense date was in two weeks (several days already lost).
