So my store has these MIKs that have the option to only call framing. It won’t ring anyone else’s phone but framing, and you can imagine how many non framing calls we get on a daily basis that no one else can answer because it goes directly to us.

Now 99.99% of the time i’m nice and i answer the question anyway. But sometimes when i’m swamped and the phone has been getting on my nerves I say these things.

“Sorry you’ll have to redial and chose the Team Member selection, we’re a different department.”

or I transfer to a random MIK and keep it pushing.

Sorry if i’m dealing with a lot and I got constant calls about random shit, I ain’t doing it.
