I have a fresh Artix install from the weekly graphical installer. I get the following error when attempting to launch systemsettings in the console:

>kf.dbusaddons: DBus session bus not found. To circumvent this problem try the following command (with bash):
   export $(dbus-launch)
QThreadStorage: entry 2 destroyed before end of thread 0x5653013431f0
QThreadStorage: entry 1 destroyed before end of thread 0x5653013431f0

I've gotten mixed results just by searching this, and went down a rabbit hole that led me nowhere productive.
