Hey everyone,
I recently installed a 70mai A510 dashcam with the UP03 hardwire kit in my Maruti Fronx, and I’m facing a confusing issue with parking mode.
### 🔧 My wiring setup:
- 🔴 Red wire → ACC fuse (5A)
- 🟡 Yellow wire → DOME fuse (5A)
- ⚫ Ground → chassis bolt
- Using fuse taps (with 5A for car + 20A for dashcam)
### 📍 What’s happening:
- When ignition is ON → camera works perfectly
- When ignition is OFF → camera completely shuts down
- It does NOT enter parking mode / standby
### ❗ Earlier situation:
- Initially, camera stayed ON all the time (even when car OFF)
- I fixed ACC wiring → now it switches OFF correctly
- But now there’s no constant power behavior at all
### 🤔 What I’ve tried:
- Verified fuse slots using fuse chart
- Ensured correct fuse ratings (5A + 20A)
- Checked grounding
### 🧠 My suspicion:
- Either DOME fuse is not truly constant in this car
- Or fuse tap orientation / slot is wrong

- Which fuse in Fronx is definitely constant (BATT)?
- Could fuse tap orientation cause complete shutdown like this?
- Any recommended fuse points for 70mai hardwire in Maruti cars?
- Anyone with Fronx / Baleno / Brezza setup — what fuse did you use?
