Family and I were driving through the area around 6:00pm, and were forced to turned back around on Westmount because emergency vehicles were blocking the road.

I briefly glimpsed a gray car having hit a utility pole and the pole was leaning over. It’s a 50km/h zone over there, with a 4 way stop very close to where it happened. I can’t for the life of me explain how you end up hitting a pole unless you were DUI or you shouldn’t have license.

Did anyone see or know what actually happened? Was the driver okay?
