How does the Waiting Room work?
Does the actual time at which add to your cart and enter into the waiting room/pre-queue matter? For example, if I add the SL to my cart at 11:01 EST and click checkout, will I be higher in the actual checkout queue than someone who adds it to their cart at 11:45 EST? Or is completely random once it hits 12pm EST?
