i wanted to know that is there going to be issue in joining as, my internship is concluded( startup company) and they are giving me (full time) in which probation period of 3 month ,
so I am thinking of joining this company for the
probation period,
while my joining letter comes from tcs .
will there be any issue in BGC ? help!!!!

so , recently I have received my tcs offer letter, and i am waiting for joining letter, but I have a doubt regarding 2 year gap . i mean if we count months it's 26 months, is there going to be problem in onboarding. help!!!!
