I’m looking to hire a team of people to handle on site donation solicitation for a free to attend festival in July. I’m Director of Development at a small org, but the festival is as many as 16k attendees across two days. I’ve never had to handle on site donation strategy for an event this large, and I think we need to outsource it because I am struggling with the idea of training volunteers to do it since they haven’t been effective in the past.

Does anyone have experience with these groups? Pros/cons of using them instead of volunteers?
