So I had a suspension for non payment. I paid it yesterday and still no internet today. I've already got the email that my payment went through and also that my service has been restored. I've spoken to them on X and on the phone and I've done this over hours of time. I've done all the trouble shooting multiple times. Solid green lights on the ONT and Solid white light on Eero. One guy said I had to accept the terms of service again, but when I went to frontie.com/reactivate and put in my pin and account number it said account not found, even on his end he couldn't do it either. This is the 5th person I speak to. They keep saying the router shows as offline for them. Anyone got any ideas? When I try to sign in to my wifi network it says "sign in required" and it takes me to iso.frontier.com. My equipment is fine and the line to my modem from the fiber box is good as well. I need ideas on what to ask or suggest these techs on the phone. Thank you in advance.

Edit: The agent on the line right now said he's trying to get a higher level tech on the line and that he doesn't believe it's an equipment issue, but he doesn't know what it is. He said because my account was not found when trying to reaccept the TOS it might have something to do with that.
