Cooking for a crowd
For those who’ve hosted medium-to-large gatherings (40–60 people), how do you handle food planning when RSVPs aren’t always accurate? I’m cooking everything myself and wondering whether it’s better to plan strictly to headcount or assume a small percentage of no-shows. I have about eight people that notoriously don't show up with their spouses.
