Hey all, wondering if anyone has experience or peers joining MBB at an Experienced Hire level past 2 years of experience (particularly post-undergrad).

I know McKinsey and BCG listings show 0-4 YOE for BA / Associate respectively, but Bain typically shows up to 2 years - do people indeed apply (and get offered) up to that max 4 YOE mark? And if so, do they essentially start over on the same internal track / progression as though they started right out of UG?
