Does anyone know if there's an original version or a copied version to it?

I think I am having Mandela effect because I'm pretty sure I have heard this song unrelated to Steve Martin and definitely not one with only a hundred views on youtube. I think it could also be from a TV show or a movie but I have definitely heard these exact tunes few times before and I'm pretty sure it had nothing to do with Steve Martin as I am not much familiar with Steve Martin's works except for a few movies and didn't know he is/was a musician as well.
