Hello.

We are first time homebuyer and we are looking for property around Laguna. We found a good offer sa Alora units in Calauan by Phirst and saw many bad reviews, ranging from late turnover and agent who wronged the homebuyers para sa commission.

So I'd like to ask lang how bad is the flooding in the area? Also, kumusta ang community dito? How about yung amenities? Also, gaano sila ka flexible if you want to renovate your home? We plan to take the expandable end unit kasi sana.

Additionally, we are looking din sa San Pablo. But we have not dig enough any properties around here pa since malayo talaga. Properties in Cabuyao, Calamaba, and Binan is out of our budget na kasi. Mahal na ang mga end unit kasi in this area. What we plan is to invest in end unit for future expansion ng bibilhin naming unit so our priority is how flexible the HOA and developer in approving expansion/renovation and what they usually do not approve.

So, ano ba yung pwede and madalas na bawal. Also, hindi ba bahain sa San Pablo?

Thank you.
