I've had RLS and PLMD for 30+ years and have seen neurologists who prescribed Requip and others, but I was always leery of taking drugs with possible side effects. Recently, I threw out my back after a long Hawaiian to West Coast flight where I was sitting for 6 hrs tilted to one side and ended up being sore a few days later. I went to a well-regarded chiropractor even thought I was a bit skeptical of their services. I figured he'd try to sell my on a bunch of marked up supplements, but he suggested that I try a "methylated B complex" for awhile to see if it helped the RLS and PLMD. He said give it a couple of weeks before it should start to work and said to just buy it off Amazon. I've been wearing the Oura Ring for about 2 yrs and after 600+ days in a row with a "Pay Attention" warning on my Restfulness rating, after 2 weeks of B complex, it now has moved up to Fair! Little wins...I'm going to start on Magnesium Glycinate before bedtime next....
