Hello, about 6 weeks ago I stood up from the sofa and my right foot went into a kind of cramp; starting at the back of the inner right arch of my foot.
The pain is agonising and weirdly spreads to the tendons on the top of my foot. It feels like someone has stretched these upper tendons and it's honestly agony.
Afterwards I can't put any weight on my foot at all and it's incredibly difficult to get comfortable. It's also very swollen.
After a couple of days the pain begins to subside and the swelling comes down a bit, but it still feels somewhat uncomfortable and swollen.
It's happened 3 times over the past 6 weeks and I'm getting pretty desperate. It feels like I'm just waiting for it to happen again. Does anyone have any similar experiences or insight? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
