Concerns

Hello there. I am sixteen and have some concerns.

I have a fear that I could possibly be experiencing early hearing loss but I want to be sure of it.

The reason for me saying this is that my hearing hasn't been how you used to and I am only just recently starting to realize.

Another reason for my concern is I have been needing to turn the volume on my things up more then I used to because it just seems way to quiet. An example is on my TV 15 used to sound like what 24 sounds like to me now, and 50-100 doesn't sound as loud as it should. It all is WAY too quiet and this is clearly not normal.

Sometimes I hear ringing which I never used to.

Now i'm not sure how to properly describe this next part so I apologize if this makes no sense at all but my ears feel very uncomfortable? They feel like they're clogged but they aren't, they also occasionally feel like they're burning.

I looked some of this up to try and see what it could be but I do not really trust google, I trust people who have gone through or currently go through what I am experiencing to tell me of I should be concerned about this.

I don't want to tell my mother about this because we are not financially stable but if this turns out to be serious then I will.

I do now reasons why this is probably happening and I know they're stupid and avoidable. I have NEVER taken my hearing serious and have always played things at high volumes and I have been to multiple concerts without protecting my ears. I know these are reasons are my fault and could have been avoided but I never thought of the fact that it could actually be serious until now.
