I posted in this sub several months ago but most of the responses were people gas lighting me trying to say I had “perfect skin” so I ended up deleting the post entirely. Well here’s that so called perfect skin for you.

I’m not sure if this is perioral dermatitis or a form of rosacea. If anyone has had similar skin and has figured out how to repair their barrier I would love to hear what you did! I feel like my skin is on fire even when I’m using gentle products.
