My guess is that they are some kind of bike fit reference line. However, in contrast to most other brands I’ve tried, the lines are put where the saddle is 10cm wide rather than 8. Anybody here that knows why?

My previous bikes have been setup based on where the saddle is 8cm wide, so I’m also wondering whether I should do that for this saddle too, or if I should use what seems to be a 10cm line
