Hi!! I’m traveling to London and York this summer and am looking for places to eat!

I have a severe wheat allergy, and whilst looking at some of the gluten free bakeries in the UK, I noticed that while they are considered GLUTEN free, a lot of them still use wheat starch in their baked goods.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for eating wheat free?
