HbA1c reduced to 5.6 from 6.2 in a month.

Was my first test anomaly? or is it really possible to do so. I reduced 9kgs and cut all carbs in my diet except those in lentils, legumes, salad, chicken, fish.

guys I lost a lot of weight from 94kg to 86kg in about a month after I was diagnosed with prediabetes (6.2 HbA1c, 116 fasting sugar).

Anyone knows if such sudden weight loss has any -ve impact?

Lifestyle changes I made :

No carbs like rice,bread, roti

Playing badminton regularly and walk after meals.

My performance at sports has been decent even after low carbs. I eat a lot sprouts and cucumbers.
