Scammers.
Warning – DO NOT USE JPSBIOLABS – Ming Zhu Bio is the China Warehouse Contact.
I placed a small order (£350) with Ming.
48hrs later – Shipping company asked for fees for processing etc etc. Stating 98% of fees would be refunded upon receipt of my parcel.
So I jumped into group and checked, messaged UK customers to see if any fees would be refunded. 7 customers answered. All said that 98% of fees would be refunded. Check shipping company reviews. (SACARGONETEX) all appeared legit and lots of processed orders for other vendors.
One Uk Customer is in several groups – John Ralph, JR. Profile Pic of trained man, torso. Glasses.
Several emails over 10 days asked for fees totalling £1600
All tracking showed parcel tracking, Schiphol airport, HK Despatch etc etc, landed at Heathrow.
Then my parcel was apparently delivered 2350hrs at night. No proof of delivery, no signature.
Ming Zhu, appeared to be helping over a number of messages on Telegram, emails coming from shipping company saying they wanted £250 for a complaints procedure. Refused to pay, had to admit my parcel was here so thay can sort refund of 98% fees. Nothing.
Lots more messages to Ming Zhu. All saying they are checking with company and will be refunded if lost etc etc.
Finally, I have family who are permanent residents in HK. Sent them all details and report so they can take to HK authority.
Of which, I said all this to Ming Zhu, and the UK customers.
ALL INSTANTLY DELETED MY CONVERSTAIONS, BLOCKED AND REMOVED ME FROM THE GROUP.
DO NOT FALL FOR IT!! I HAVE PROOF OF ALL EMAILS.
