▲ 6 r/GRE

Hi! So I plan to give the GRE (first attempt) in August, and my goal is to get a 170Q and a 155-160V score. The books I picked up for prep are as follows:

  1. Manhattan 5lb
  2. ETS Official Guide
  3. ETS Quantitative Practice Questions

The timeline I had in mind is as follows:

May: Solve the Manhattan 5lb, figure out my weak areas and focus on getting the problems correct instead of timing.

June: Use the practice sets in the ETS guides to get faster; check accuracy to see which types of questions I'm slow or less accurate in.

July: Grind out different practice papers from Gregmat, Magoosh, Kaplan and ETS to acquaint myself with the paper patterns.

I've given PP1 and PP2, and I landed around 163Q and 158V on those. And I will be interning through May, so I've tried to keep my workload manageable for that time period. Is there any criticism or advice you guys can give me in terms of areas where I can improve my timeline? Or better prep resources? thanks in advance!
