I've tried googling for something similar but it's not the time travel aspect that I actually really like -
I LOVE the silly concept and how funny the whole set up is, the vaguely comedic tone throughout combined with actually solid technical writing. Then I love how it got me invested enough in the storyline and characters that I compulsively read the entire thing.
Really one of my favourite things is taking a kind of dumb concept and then pulling it off really really well, and I haven't read enough books that are genuinely really funny.
A hard one to google so hoping I can get some ideas from here!! Thanks
