What Christian denomination do you belong to and why?

Taking into account the creation of the early church, then the schism of 1054 that separated "orthodox" and Catholic Christians while maintaining apostolic Christianity, and Luther's Reformation giving rise to Protestants, Evangelicals, and even Anglicans.
