Hey guys,

Just seeing if anyone else with a BYD Shark 6 has had this happen.

Yesterday I was sitting in a car park for a while and my phone kept connecting/disconnecting from Android Auto (bad signal). Then I got this message:

“Failed to unload transport mode. Please switch to P gear first.”

Since then:

Message won’t clear (even after leaving it overnight)

Car drives completely fine

No faults showing in the system

BUT I can’t control the aircon anymore

I’ve tried:

Turning car off and leaving it locked for 20+ mins

Charging overnight

Restarting system

Still stuck.

Has anyone else had this on their Shark 6?

Did it need a dealer reset or did it fix itself?

Trying to figure out if this is a known software bug or something more.
