Short version, daughter's graduation party wants a brisket on Sunday, a week away. All the sudden we are invited to a MS walk for our neice all day Saturday before.

I have the week off so time isn't an issue but how should I store it to reheat. Do I pull it probe tender and fridge, hold for 6ish hours and then fridge?

I'm guessing I will reheat in the oven at the lowest temp 170 for several hours before to reheat and then slice?
