PayMe Experience In Tashkent(English Speaker)
Just so you know I am an Indian working in Tashkent.
The card system here is pretty different from overseas personally from India. One tap and you are done.
Similarly, I have been using PayMe lately in Tashkent . And unknowingly I have transferred 500000 million soms in my transport ATTO card. And it that money will never end I know it for sure.
After calling atto and payme, I found out voila there is no english being spoken over on phone. That's a really problem now. After much research and trying my luck I have found payme telegram number where you can chat with them in English. And i got connected to a English speaking executive.
He says in most cases you are refunded the money but it's totally on ATTO. Hopefully I will get the money back as he said.
Now the problem- Calculating the zeros in SOMS, kid you not one big task, especially while transferring the money.
My point being transfers are just a tap that's it and it's done, there definitely should be some sort of pin to avoid such transactions.
Anyone else who faced this?
