Quick question about drug screening in FQHCs.

I’m applying for a dentist position and noticed that the job posting doesn’t mention anything about drug testing or drug-free workplace. But when I looked at their dental assistant and other support roles, it clearly says offers are contingent on passing a drug screen.

For actual dentist/provider roles, do they usually require a pre-employment drug test(THC)? since it’s legal here and there, do FQHCs still test for it and care about positive results for licensed providers?

Anyone who’s gone through the hiring process as a dentist in an FQHC recently, what was your experience? Did they test you? What happened if THC showed up?
