Seeking Hot Vinyasa Flow classes in Arcata/Eureka area
I’m new to the area and seeking studios offering hot vinyasa classes. Now that Vibes in Arcata has shifted their studio focus to Pilates, I’m so bummed I can’t find hot vinyasa anywhere?
I already go to Old School Hot Yoga and know there are plenty of Bikram studios. I’m not interested in unheated vinyasa or ashtanga classes.
Anyone know of anything?
