I’ve been following the guide here to find a solid mid-range rig. I have a hard ceiling of $1,200 for the tower because I still need to pick up dual monitors.

I’ve narrowed it down to these two Skytech builds, but I’m struggling with the GPU/RAM trade-off between them:
