I’ve been going back and forth with Ticketmaster/Live Nation about a change in the description for the VIP Early Entry package that feels misleading. The listing appears to have been updated after purchase, and the experience is not what was originally described when I bought the tickets.

They’ve refused to issue a refund and are also not allowing me to list the tickets for resale. At this point I feel stuck with tickets I can’t use or recoup any money from, despite paying around $500 for them.

Has anyone dealt with something similar or had any luck escalating issues like this?
